(Ruthless 7” ‘87) EX/V+ cover has promo cut corner and light edge wear, close to ex. this was recorded in ‘85, but it got reviewed in MRR in ‘87, so i suggest that’s the correct issue date. todd of course went to shellac & flour did his own things with Steve.
